I walked in as a 38yo white belt who has always had a desire to train, but never time and money. Mark is an amazing, top-notch instructor, that will teach at anyoneâs level. Great workouts! and Great instruction. I would recommend to anyone, any age, and at any place in their jiu-jitsu experience.
